Classic product of the Emilian tradition. The slice, soft and delicate, is distinguished by the particular bright red circular layers, of the lean part, and pinkish white, of the fat part, which, on the palate, create a unique mix of flavor and sweetness. The origin of the meat is exclusively of 100% Italian origin. It is an excellent cured meat to be enjoyed with homemade bread combined with cheeses or in various recipes capable of enhancing its flavour, together with a good glass of sparkling red wine.

Each slice of our ham has a soft and natural consistency, as it was just cut, thanks also to the special high-grammage packaging made in a protected atmosphere. The use of sheets to divide several layers of product allows to have up to 500g of cold cuts without relinquishing the quality of the hand-placed ruffled slices of cold cuts.
