Classic Salami
Classic product of the Emilian tradition, with meat exclusively of Italian origin, fine-grained product and characterized by a strong aroma and an intense and enveloping taste, given by the slow maturation inside a casing in a special cellar without light, where the Salame Classico acquires its unmistakable taste. A classic pairing is with “ciabatta” bread and cream cheese and cherry tomatoes, accompanied by a glass of red Merlot, or a light, lager beer.
