Salami Felino
Delicious cured meat of ancient Parmesan tradition, of PGI origin, handmade with a big grain, as the ancient "butchers" did from house to house. After kneading, the Salame di Felino is stuffed into natural casings, then tied with string and hung. It can be eaten with fresh bread and a few curls of butter, ideal for aperitifs accompanied by other cold cuts and cheeses, accompanied by local wines such as Lambrusco and Malvasia.
