An irresistible appetizer with the four main cured meats of the Emilian lands: Prosciutto Crudo, a unique product that derives from the best selected and aged pork legs for min. 24 months; Coppa, another of the symbol of Italian delicatessen, derives from the muscular portion of the neck of the pig and is made with meat of completely Italian origin. The dry salting phase involves the use of spices and herbs which give this cured meat a delicate and enveloping flavor with an unmistakable aroma during the aging; the Salame, a classic product of the Emilian tradition, is made with meat exclusively of Italian origin, a fine-grained product and characterized by a strong aroma and an intense and enveloping taste, given by the slow maturation inside a gut in a special cellar without light, where the Classic Salame acquires its unmistakable taste; and finally the Pancetta, soft and delicate, is distinguished by the particular bright red circular layers, of the lean part, and pinkish white, of the fat part, which, on the palate, create a unique mix of flavor and sweetness.
