Lightly smoked and air-cured raw ham with an appetizing and unmistakable taste. Selected thighs are used and it derives from a historic recipe handed down from generation to generation by South Tyrolean farmers. Particularly suitable to taste with brie or with spreadable cheese such as ricotta and robiola accompanied by homemade bread. A wine with a soft flavor is also recommended, avoiding pairing with wines that are too structured and aromatic.

Each slice of our ham has a soft and natural consistency, as it was just cut, thanks also to the special high-grammage packaging made in a protected atmosphere. The use of sheets to divide several layers of product allows to have up to 500g of cold cuts without relinquishing the quality of the hand-placed ruffled slices of cold cuts.
