Specialty produced with beef. It is obtained from a process that involves salting, drying and maturing together with spices and other aromas that give it a particular sweet and at the same time delicate flavour. Very often used for low-calorie diets, it represents the perfect base for a well-balanced main dish combined with vegetables and carbohydrates. A cold white wine or at room temperature is ideal for an aperitif, while a slightly sparkling Vermentino becomes perfect for a bresaola-based meal.

Each slice of our ham has a soft and natural consistency, as it was just cut, thanks also to the special high-grammage packaging made in a protected atmosphere. The use of sheets to divide several layers of product allows to have up to 500g of cold cuts without relinquishing the quality of the hand-placed ruffled slices of cold cuts.
