Product stuffed with a "grain of rice" minced pork mixture. Once the meat has been processed and minced, so that the lean and fat parts remain distinct, the mixture is then seasoned with salt and pepper and stuffed into pork casings and tied with distant bridles, so as to obtain a sweet and delicate taste and a bright red color, excellent to be enjoyed plain with fresh bread, the traditional "micchetta", or combined with a milk sandwich, a slice of tomato and a sauce. A glass of red with a characteristic and persistent aroma like a good Valtellina Superiore DOCG makes everything even more tasty and pleasant.

Each slice of our ham has a soft and natural consistency, as it was just cut, thanks also to the special high-grammage packaging made in a protected atmosphere. The use of sheets to divide several layers of product allows to have up to 500g of cold cuts without relinquishing the quality of the hand-placed ruffled slices of cold cuts.
