Edamer

Edamer is a light-colored, soft and elastic cheese but consistent when cut. Edamer has a semi-gloss ivory color and a delicate and tasty flavour. The milk is processed raw and cooled to a maximum temperature of six degrees. To be enjoyed accompanied with bread, as in toast, therefore together with cured meats but also with fruit such as apples and pears, but also with apricots, cherries and melons. The wines that go well are Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Champagne, Chardonnay.
