Tuscan Roasted Turkey
Roasts are among the most characteristic products of Tuscan butchery. Product obtained from the flavoring of the prized Italian turkey breast, to which the typical aromas are added and which is then subjected to slow cooking. To be enjoyed with a slice of bread or accompanied by vegetables for a dish characterized by lightness and flavour. It goes well with wines with a direct and dynamic character such as Merlot and Barbera.
