Roasted Turkey

Specialty based on flavored and oven-baked turkey meat characterized by a high nutritional lightness, for this reason it is often recommended in low-calorie dishes. Excellent on its own or with extra virgin olive oil and a squeeze of lemon, but also in a sandwich, with the addition of a few lettuce leaves and finely sliced tomatoes, for a light but tasty meal. All accompanied by a glass of Merlot or Barbera red wine for a perfect combination of flavors and aromas.
